Data used in path analyses.For each fish SPECIES (Phox : Phoxinus phoxinus; Gobio: Gobio occitaniae; Squal: Squalius cephalus) and each STATION, the dataset provides the local population density (DEN), the local stability in population density (DENSTA), the local total fish biomass (BIOM), the local stability in total fish biomass (BIOMSTA), the local measure of genetic diversity (GEN), the local measure of genetic erosion (ERO), the position along the upstream-downstream gradient (UDG), the position along the eutrophic gradient (EUG) and the three interactions UDGxEUG (UDGEUG), UDGxGEN (UDGGEN) and EUGxGEN (EUGGEN).
