该数据集大约包含1100万条记录，由在线问诊活动产生，已去除隐私信息，记录患者人群特征及对应用药信息，覆盖含常见病和慢性病在内的多种疾病类型。通过匹配分析人群特诊与用药信息，可研究不同疾病诊断情况下医生的用药习惯和患者的购药行为。此外还可研究疾病发病率、药品使用及市场趋势，评估药品疗效与安全性，并预测药品市场需求趋势。

This dataset comprises approximately 11 million records generated from online medical consultation activities. All private identifiable information has been de-identified, and the records document the demographic and clinical characteristics of patients alongside their corresponding medication information, covering a broad spectrum of disease types including common diseases and chronic diseases. By matching and analyzing patient demographic, diagnostic and medication-related data, researchers can investigate physicians' prescribing habits and patients' medication purchasing behaviors across different disease diagnoses. Furthermore, this dataset can be utilized to study disease incidence rates, drug utilization patterns and market trends, evaluate the efficacy and safety of medications, and forecast trends in pharmaceutical market demand.
