To provide further evidence about the roles of the microbial communities on the development of diseases, we evaluated the bacterial and fungal communities associated with the rhizosphere and phyllosphere of soybean. For this, foliar and soil samples of healthy plants, as well as plants showing symptoms of Phytophthora root rot and Septoria brown spot, were taken insampled at three different time points during the production cycle and submitted forsubjected to 16S and ITS amplicon analysis.
