Densitometric analysis and the relative fold change in heat shock protein gene expression of control and spermidine fed heat shocked Bombyx mori larvae

The dataset describes the densitometric analysis of RT-PCR products of heat shock protein HSP70 and HSP90 with respect to RP49 of control and spermidine fed Bombyx mori  larvae. Sheet 1- The densitometric analysis of HSP70, HSP90, and Rp49 RTPCR products of CRT (control larvae reared at room temperature without heat shock ), SRT (control larvae reared at room temperature without heat shock), C40 (control larvae subjected to 40 °C for one hour), S40 (spermidine fed larvae subjected to 40 °C for one hour). Sheet 2- The relative fold change in expression of HSP70 and HSP90 to RP49 in CRT, SRT, C40, S40.
