By cleaning, integrating and analyzing multi-dimensional data such as communication tags, communication responses, outbound call complaints and other multi-dimensional datasets, and applying cluster analysis and association rule mining technologies, it accurately constructs multi-dimensional user portraits covering target groups' consumption interests, purchase potential, complaint risks and other dimensions. Users only need to input the target marketing industry, the region of the target population and the basic attributes of the group, and can accurately identify the matching degree of education and training industry marketing activities for the target groups in Northeast China.
