Aerobic Composting of Auricularia auricula (L.) Residues: Evaluating the Effects of Substrate Composition on Nutrient Dynamics and Microbial Diversity

Auricularia auricula (L.) is a widely cultivated edible mushroom, and the resource utilization of its residues provides significant opportunities for sustainable waste management and nutrient recovery. In this study, we established two composting treatments: independent composting of Auricularia auricula (L.) residues (CR) and composting of residues supplemented with green grass (CRG) to the residues, investigating the aerobic composting process over a period of 49 days.
