To comprehensively detect differential gene expression between ovarian cancer cell lines (ES-2) transfected with fibroblast-derived exosomes only or Met targetting siRNA containing fibroblast-derived exosomes, total RNA was extracted and cDNA microarray analyses were performed. Overall design: ovarian cancer cell lines (ES-2) transfected with fibroblast-derived exosomes only or Met targetting siRNA containing fibroblast-derived exosomes. One experiment was performed at each sample.
