Enhanced IT Support Ticket Dataset with Feature Extraction and ML Models

This dataset accompanies the research paper "Enhancing IT Ticket Classification with ML-Based Text Feature Extraction." It includes the original Kaggle dataset (cleaned), derived embeddings (TF-IDF, Word2Vec, ELMo, BERT), and Jupyter notebooks used to apply machine learning models (SVM, Random Forest, Logistic Regression). Feature extraction and PCA-reduced BERT embeddings are provided to support reproducibility and model benchmarking. The README.txt outlines full usage instructions.
