We report the small RNA content of extracellular vesicles (EVs) from adult parasite Trichuris muris and Heligmosomoides bakeri Overall design: We purified EVs by ultracentrifugation from adult Trichuris muris and extracted RNA, treated with either Dnase and/or polyphosphatase or untreated. Small RNA libraries were prepared and sequenced also from H.bakeri EVs purified by size exclusion chromatography (Superdex 200 10/300 GL). Third party re-analysis of GSM2885086 (miRNA T. muris exosomes rep 1, Tm_EvO_Un_1) and GSM2885087 (miRNA T. muris exosomes rep 2, Tm_EvO_Un_2).
