To investigate the mechanism underlying effects of hAdMSC-CM on BAC-induced cytotoxicity, inflammation, and barrier dysfunction in human corneal epithelial cells. We confirmed that the the effects of hAdMSC-CM were associated with the TGFβ and JAK-STAT signalling pathways. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for BAC-treated human corneal epithelial cells with or without hAdMSCs-CM.
