Near-infrared reflectance of vegetation index for northern South America, 2003-2017

The near-infrared reflectance of vegetation index for northern South America, 2003-2017 dataset consists of a subset for northern South America of the near‐infrared reflectance of vegetation (NIRV). NIRV is a proxy for the gross primary productivity of land-based vegetation. NIRV is the product of the normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) and NIR reflectance (NDVI × NIR).
