Zebrafish larvae were injected into the hindbrain ventricles with formulations of liposomes containing gentamycin. Liposomes either bore no surface sugars, or were functionalised with oligomeric mannose ligands, and all were labelled with DiD for fluorescence detection. Larvae were imaged for 24 hours, starting 1h 20 minutes post-injection. All larvae bore mCherry-labelled macrophages due to expression of mCherry under the mpeg1 promoter. Ch02 files show DiD labels, Ch03 mCherry. Fullstack files contain all captured images, autofocused files eliminate out-of-focus z-sections to show only the best-focused z-plane at each timepoint. CellProfiler pipelines are provided for use with v3.1.8 of CellProfiler.
