资源简介:
A search of the database identified 1,119 publications during the screening process, with 99 publications included in the systematic review and 95 publications used in the quantitative analysis. Literature quality analysis was performed using the RoB 2.0 tool and the ROBINS-1 V2 tool, while quantitative analysis was conducted using the RStudio application. The best improvement in BCVA was observed in Brolucizumab+Laser (MD 11.38, 95% CI 6.50–16.25), and the best reduction in central retinal thickness was observed in Aflibercept+Laser (MD -67.96, 95% CI -102.78 – -33.15). In conclusion, anti-VEGF agents can be used, and their efficacy is enhanced when monotherapy drugs such as Brolucizumab and Aflibercept are combined with Laser.
