The Organization survey - Secretariat, Full-time employees and full-time trustees, 1975

This data file contains data from a survey that was sent out as part of the work on Maktutredningen which culminated in the public inquiry, NOU1982:3, in 1982.
More specifically, it contains data from the organizational survey where full-time employees and trustees from the secretariat were interviewed.
In 1976, a questionnaire was sent out to 114 organizations in the working and business world in Norway. In the organizations that were selected, there were a total of 740 full-time employees in leading positions who were sent questionnaires. 536 of these answered. This gives a response rate of 72%.
The survey was carried out to shed light on the relationship between organizational society and the politics. Data supports the claim that the organizations in the working and business world has power in Norway.
