Annual Reports of the Tender Review Authority

In accordance with Article 18 of Law 104(I)/2010, the Tender Review Authority prepares an annual activity report to the Minister of Finance and the House of Representatives. The annual report shall include, inter alia, information on economic operators and contracting authorities as well as comparative statistics on decisions issued each year.根据第104(I)/2010号法律第18条规定，招标审查机构（Tender Review Authority）需向财政部长与众议院提交年度活动报告。该年度报告其中尤应包含经济经营者与缔约机构的相关信息，以及每年作出的各类决定的对比统计数据。
