Small-animal Magnetic Resonance Elastography: CAD design and experimental hydrogel multifrequency MRE data

CAD designs in .STL format for an experimental setup intended for small-animal Magnetic Resonance Elastography (MRE). A representative MRE data set acquired with this design using a mechanically heterogeneous agar hydrogel (1% background, 2% inclusion) is also provided in a .MAT Matlab file. The file contains the magnitude and the phase of the MR images, the image resolution, and the mechanical actuation frequencies. The magnitude is real-valued whereas the phase is complex-valued and corresponds to hydrogel local displacements filtered at the frequency of the mechanical actuation (50 Hz, 100 Hz, 150 Hz, 200 Hz).
