Branding video outstream was the largest segment of digital video advertising spending in Russia in 2022. Over 14 billion Russian rubles were spent on this type of ads in that year, 35 percent less than in the previous year. All segments of digital video advertising saw a decrease in expenditure in 2022 relative to 2021.
