This dataset contains raw, unprocessed Raman spectra collected from individual fungal cells exposed to different antifungal drugs. Each spectrum was acquired using spontaneous Raman spectroscopy with single-cell resolution. The spectra are provided in their **original, unprocessed form** — no baseline correction, smoothing, or normalization has been applied.
