A team of 17 scientists covering various taxonomic groups surveyed the Paloemeu River watershed from 8-29 March 2012. They visited four sites: The Upper Paloemeu River, a granite peak of the Grensgebergte Mts., the Makrutu Creek and the Middle Paloemeu River, including the Kasikasima Inselberg. The team collecting amphibians and reptiles consisted of Rawien Jairam and Stuart Nielsen. This data set contains a few collected specimens.
