Based on microbial, gene recombination, and methods for combining enzyme inhibitors, zymography, and mass spectrometry, the protease resources in the gut of omnivorous Gryllotalpa orientalis were explored. One proteolytic bacteria were screened and identified as Priestia aryabhattai.
