This study investigates the synergistic effects of combining low-CH4-emitting (LMI) and high-CH4-emitting (HMI) substrates with methane (CH4) inhibitors, including 3-nitrooxypropanol (3NPA), bromoform (CHBr3), chloroform (CHCl3), and seaweed X (SX), on CH4 production, rumen fermentation, and bacterial microbial composition in vitro.
