Microcensus Ad-Hoc-Module 'Work organisation and working time arrangements' 2004 (SUF edition)

Full edition for scientific use. In addition to the core variables of the Microcensus Labour Force Survey (LFS), the LFS also has so-called ad-hoc-modules (AHM) that can vary from year to year. The EU-LFS ad-hoc-module 2004 on ‘Work organisation and working time arrangements’ is divided into three submodules: flexibility of working times, methods at work, place of work. All employed persons aged 15 and over from the initial survey of the microcensus were interviewed. The questions of the ad-hoc-module were asked following the questions of the basic programme. The dataset also includes all questions of the main survey of the Microcensus 2004.

供科研使用的完整版数据集。除微型人口普查劳动力调查（Microcensus Labour Force Survey, LFS）的核心变量外，该调查还设有每年可能发生调整的临时附加模块（ad-hoc-modules, AHM）。2004年欧盟劳动力调查（EU-LFS）推出的“工作组织与工时安排”临时附加模块，分为工作时间灵活性、工作方式及工作地点三个子模块。本次调查覆盖微型人口普查初始样本中所有15岁及以上的就业人员。临时附加模块的问卷问题均紧随基础问卷模块的问题进行提问。本数据集同时收录了2004年微型人口普查主调查的全部问卷内容。
