Data set for the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Energy Transition 2022 adopted by the Depute States on 4 October 2022. This is a plan-m.e.r. associated with the Revision Environmental Policy module Energy Transition adopted by Provinciale Staten on 14 December 2022.
The aim of this EIA is to provide insight into the environmental impacts of the integration of future development of wind and solar energy within the search areas of the Regional Energy Strategy (RES) 1.0 so that they can be weighted when defining the Energy Transition module.
Includes the environmental impact assessment of protected areas in the fields of cultural history, landscape and spatial quality, i.e. the mill biotopes around historic windmills, the cultural-historical crown jewels and estate and castle biotopes, each with an additional buffer distance.
