The aim of this work is to establish the impact of SETDB1 expression in melanoma. SETDB1 was overexpressed in melanoma cell lines (SETDB1 OE) and whole-genome expression profiles were compared to the control ( melanoma cells carrying an empty vector). . Total RNA from SETDB1 overexpressing SK-NL-SETDB1 (a SKMEL28 subcblone with normale SETDB1 gene copy) melanoma cells was compared to SK-NL-SETDB1 melanoma cells carrying an empty vector (control).
