Xrn1-sensitive lncRNAs are insensitive to Dbp2 nuclear depletion

To investigate whether the action of Dbp2 on Xrn1-sensitive lncRNAs depends on a nuclear or cytoplasmic localization, we used the anchor-away approach to deplete a Dbp2-FRB-GFP fusion from the nucleus upon rapamycin treatment.为探究Dbp2对Xrn1敏感型长链非编码RNA（lncRNAs）的调控作用是否依赖于其细胞核或细胞质定位，我们采用锚定撤离（anchor-away）技术，在雷帕霉素处理时将细胞核内的Dbp2-FRB-GFP融合蛋白清除。
