The timelapse z-series images used to create this video show the microtubule plus-end dynamics in a full-length anaphase spindle in a kip3Δ S. cerevisiae cell arrested in anaphase (cdc15-2, 37˚C). Each timepoint is comprised of 7 z-slices spaced 0.4 μm apart. Time points were collected at 10 sec intervals.
