通过采集、分析上海市医疗器械行业中部分企业的知识产权数据总量和各类知识产权的占比，同时结合企业的主营产品类型，计算得到针对不同类型的上海医疗器械行业企业申请各类知识产权的数量范围，以帮助企业分析上海医疗器械行业的知识产权情况，从而进行知识产权战略制定。算法规则包括以下几个方面：1.数据采集：查找和挑选上海医疗器械行业企业，通过国家知识产权局和第三方知识产权检索网站，对企业的商标数量、发明专利数量、实用新型数量、外观设计数量和著作权登记数量进行采集。2.数据处理：计算得到各企业的知识产权总数X，发明专利数量/知识产权总数X=发明专利在知识产权总数中的占比，实用新型数量/知识产权总数X=实用新型在知识产权总数中的占比，外观设计数量/知识产权总数X=外观设计在知识产权总数中的占比，商标数量/知识产权总数X=商标在知识产权总数中的占比，著作权登记数量/知识产权总数X=著作权在知识产权总数中的占比。3.经过统计、筛选得到上海医疗器械行业企业中发明专利数量、实用新型数量、外观设计数量、商标数量和著作权登记数量的合理比例范围。

This dataset is constructed by collecting and analyzing the total intellectual property (IP) volume and the proportion of various IP categories of selected enterprises in the Shanghai medical device industry, combined with their core product categories. It calculates the reasonable application quantity ranges for different types of Shanghai medical device enterprises across various IP types, to assist enterprises in analyzing the IP status of the Shanghai medical device industry and formulating their IP strategies.

The algorithm rules are as follows:
1. Data Collection: Identify and screen enterprises within the Shanghai medical device industry, then collect the counts of their trademarks, invention patents, utility models, design patents, and copyright registrations via the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) and third-party IP retrieval platforms.
2. Data Processing: For each enterprise, compute the total IP count X, then derive the proportion of each IP category in the total IP volume:
- Proportion of invention patents = Number of invention patents / X
- Proportion of utility models = Number of utility models / X
- Proportion of design patents = Number of design patents / X
- Proportion of trademarks = Number of trademarks / X
- Proportion of copyright registrations = Number of copyright registrations / X
3. Statistical Screening: Obtain the reasonable proportion ranges of invention patent quantity, utility model quantity, design patent quantity, trademark quantity, and copyright registration quantity among enterprises in the Shanghai medical device industry through statistical analysis and screening.
