资源简介:
Using the semiclassical closed orbit theory (COT) and theoretical model imaging method, we have conducted an in-depth study on the photo-detachment dynamics of hydrogen anions in moving boundary problems, and derived an approximate formula for the photo-detachment cross section of this system. Through detailed analysis and calculation, it was found that the oscillating factor affecting the photo-detachment cross section is related to the quantum well width and the rate of movement of the quantum well wall. The interference between the electron wave returning from collision with two well walls and the initial electron wave causes the cross section to oscillate. We have elaborated on the theoretical model of photodetachment electrons, as shown in Figure 1, where the schematic diagram is an image. A deep analysis of classical motion has been carried out, and the data file for Figure 2 contains some classical trajectories of detaching electrons in expanded quantum wells (data format: .csv), i.e., the data for Figure 2 in this paper. The data file for Figure 3 contains some typical closed orbit data of detaching electrons in expanded quantum wells (data format: .csv), i.e., the data for Figure 3 in this paper. Simulations of closed orbits are shown in Figures 4 and 5, where simulated images are images. The specific effects of expansion rate on PCS are calculated as shown in Figures 6 to 9, where the data file for Figure 6 contains the data of the system's PCS varying with the elastic well wall motion rate of the quantum well (data format: .csv), i.e., the data for Figure 6 in this paper. The data file for Figure 7 contains comparative data on PCS at different well wall motion rates in symmetrically expanded quantum wells (data format: .csv), i.e., the data for Figure 7 in this paper. The data file for Figure 8 contains data on PCS for hydrogen anions in asymmetrically expanded quantum wells (data format: .csv), i.e., the data for Figure 8 in this paper. The data file for Figure 9 contains data on the relationship between the oscillating factor in total PCS and the rate of elastic walls in expanded quantum wells (data format: .csv), i.e., the data for Figure 9 in this paper. The data file for Figure 10 contains data on the dependence of photo-detachment cross sections on the initial distance between the well wall and ion (data format: .csv), i.e., the data for Figure 10 in this paper. The data file for Figure 11 contains data on the relationship between three-dimensional oscillating cross sections and the initial distance from the ion to the lower well wall and the expansion rate of the quantum well (data format: .csv), i.e., the data for Figure 11 in this paper.
