Beyond Survival Project: Quantitative Cross-sectional Survey

This dataset and data dictionary includes data collected in 2024 from 120 mother-baby dyads 5-10 weeks postpartum who had been discharged from the hospital and were recruited at 3 maternal and child health clinics for routine care as part of the Beyond Survival Project conducted in Kenya. Participants were administered a retrospective survey about their pregnancy and birth experiences and postpartum experience to date. Sample targeted women who had experienced a birth complication, thus it is not representative of postpartum women.
