Genome assembly of the European lobster (Homarus gammarus) from the AquaLEAP consortium (https://gtr.ukri.org/projects?ref=BB%2FS004343%2F1) produced by the University of Exeter. Assembly with Flye using Pacbio CLR data, polished with short-read paired-end Illumina Data. These data are released under Fort Lauderdale principles, as confirmed in the Toronto Statement. Any use of this dataset must abide by the AquaLeap: Innovation in Genetics and Breeding to Advance UK Aquaculture Production Project (https://gtr.ukri.org/projects?ref=BB%2FS004343%2F1) data sharing principles.
