Share of low-emission vehicles in fleet renewal for the Occitanie Region in 2022

In order to constitute a national monitoring of vehicle fleet renewals by public and private actors subject to the obligations to incorporate low-emission vehicles in these renewals provided for by the law of 24 December 2019 on mobility guidance, open and accessible to all, the persons referred to in Articles L. 224-7 to L. 224-10 of the Environment Code must, by 30 September of each year, publish on the data.gouv.fr platform the static data relating to the fleet renewals carried out the previous year in accordance with the provisions of the amended Order of 29 December 2020

2022年奥克西塔尼大区（Occitanie Region）车队更新中的低排放车辆占比
为构建面向全体主体开放可访问的全国性车队更新监测体系，以落实2019年12月24日发布的交通引导法案中所规定的、受相关义务约束的公共与私营主体需在车队更新中纳入低排放车辆的要求，依据环境法典（Environment Code）第L.224-7条至L.224-10条所提及的主体，须于每年9月30日前，在data.gouv.fr平台上公布其上一年度完成的车队更新相关静态数据，以符合2020年12月29日修订政令的相关条款。
