Transcriptomic profiling analysis of NG2 glia in Pdgfra-creERTM; mGFP adult mice

NG2 glia with GFP fluorescent labeling from Pdgfra-creERTM; mGFP mice brain at P21-28 were isolated and collected according to the FACS procedure. cDNA was prepared using the SMART-Seq v4 Ultra Low Input RNA kit and RNA-seq libraries were prepared using Illumina Nextera XT Sample Preparation Kit according manufacturer's instructions. The RNA-sequencing data with FPKM values showed the genes expression level related with GABA and glutamate biosynthesis, transport or vesicular membrane trafficking in adult NG2 glia in the central nervous system (CNS).
