Supporting data and processed caches for spectrum-aware inverse design and structure-factor analysis of PMUT arrays

This record provides processed simulation caches, numerical source data, and analysis scripts for studies of spectrum-aware inverse design and structure-factor response laws in large piezoelectric micromachined ultrasonic transducer arrays. Version 3 adds a compact 20,000-sample archive for direct linear-domain validation of the propagation-kernel transform, five-split structure-factor and active-count baselines, matched- and shuffled-spectrum controls, propagation-distance and angular tests, analytical-effective-kernel comparisons, finite-element spot-validation summaries, and coupling and anisotropy diagnostics. The included compact script independently reproduces the principal direct-law metrics without requiring the full raw MATLAB chunk archive. The full raw archive and complete COMSOL model collection are omitted because of their size and proprietary-software requirements and are available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request.
