Circular RNA signature of lung adenocarcinoma with bone metastasis

Although bone metastasis (BM) in cancer disease is common and devastating, the precise molecular pathological mechanism underlying BM remains unclear and awaits investigation. Recent studies showed that circular RNAs (circRNAs) play critical roles in many human diseases; however, information about circRNAs for lung cancer with BM is very limited. In this study, high-throughput sequencing was performed to identify the differentially expressed circRNAs in the peripheral blood of lung adenocarcinoma patients with bone metastasis (LUAD-BM) compared with lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) control group and healthy control group.
