<p>The MSŚP database contains information on the elements of the environment:</p> <ul> <li>raw material conditions for the occurrence of minerals in accordance with the requirements of environmental protection: surface and underground waters, natural and landscape values and spatial development,</li> <li>valorization of documented mineral deposits in terms of possible formal and legal obstacles for planned mining investments and, in the case of undeveloped deposits, extended classification to take into account the quantitative and qualitative values of minerals,</li> <li>areas of non-collision (with components of the natural environment) location of projects that may always have a significant impact on the environment and projects that may potentially have a significant impact on the environment (including landfills of individual types of waste), specified in a separate regulation of the Council of Ministers of November 9, 2010 on projects that may have a significant impact on the environment (Journal of Laws of 2010, No. 213, item 1397),</li> <li>conditions for the directions of economic development of individual regions of the country while maintaining the principles of sustainable development, especially in terms of the protection of mineral resources present in the country.</li> </ul>
