a- and Ã-amyrin exhibit senolytic activity in MEFs. This study aimed to investigate the underlying pathways involved in this anti-senescent effect. Overall design: Non-senescent (passage 1) and senescent (P6) MEFs were stimulated with a-amyrin (20 µM) or Ã-amyrin (20 µM) for 3 days. RNA expression was analyzed by RNA-sequencing.
