USCOM Hemodynamic Monitoring and Troponin I Dataset in Pediatric Septic Shock (2025)

This dataset contains prospectively collected clinical and hemodynamic data from 32 pediatric patients with septic shock admitted to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and Pediatric High Care Unit (PHCU) of Dr. Hasan Sadikin General Hospital, Bandung, Indonesia, between May and September 2025. The dataset forms the basis of a study evaluating the relationship between serial hemodynamic parameters measured using the Ultrasonic Cardiac Output Monitor (USCOM) and serum Troponin I (cTnI) levels in children with septic shock.
