CircleBase

An integrated resource and analysis platform for human eccDNAs. CircleBase provides interpretation of extrachromosomal circular DNAs (eccDNAs) which have been reported by computational analysis of sequencing data. CircleBase identifies putative functional eccDNAs by incorporating high-throughput experimental datasets from ENCODE and other sources, computational predictions and manual annotations.CircleBase是一款面向人类染色体外环状DNA（extrachromosomal circular DNAs，简称eccDNAs）的整合型资源与分析平台。该平台可对通过测序数据计算分析所报道的eccDNAs提供注释解读；其通过整合来自DNA元件百科全书（Encyclopedia of DNA Elements，简称ENCODE）及其他来源的高通量实验数据集、计算预测结果与人工注释信息，鉴定推定具有功能的eccDNAs。
