StripeBench: a benchmark to compare architectural stripe callers

This is the reference dataset used to benchmark StripePy for its publication. The folder contains the 64 contact maps generated with MoDLE to assess the performance of architectural stripe callers under three different factors: resolution, contact density, and noise level. The folder also includes the ground truth extrusion barrier annotations GRCh38_H1_RAD21_occupancy.bed.

Before proceeding any further, please ensure that all files are intact by running: shasum -c checksums.sha256
