WGS of Wild Type and HLA-B HiBit fusion of human myoblast cell line C25cl48

Whole genome sequencing (WGS) was performed on wild type and CRISPR/Cas9 edited human myoblast cell line C25cl48. Editing was performed to fuse HiBiT sequence tag reporter onto the C-terminus of the endogenous HLA-B gene. WGS was performed with the goal of determining editing efficiency and to confirm the expected editing location.
