Air-to-air refueling instances

Each instance is given in a textual format, consisting of a base position and a set of requests, identified by IDs / numbers. <br><br>Each request has a source and destination, given as pairs of lon / lat, a flight direction, the requested amount of fuel (in lbs), and the time (in hours relative to some fixed point in time) at which the requesting cruiser is positioned at the source point.<br>
