Data handling was scored as follows: 0 - No data1 - Data in the article text or supplement (not machine-readable)2 - Database or spreadsheet data (machine readable)3 - Like 2, but no dead cells4 - Data repositoryAuthor names and DOIs have been removed from the table and are given in a separate file ("Names and DOIs").
