通过配送管理系统软件采集本公司奶制品配送部队食堂的订单,将不同的配送订单以各食堂来划分,从而计算各个食堂每个月的配送金额数据,再计算出12个月的配送金额的方差大小,方差大小用来评价各个食堂的配送情况,从而用于评估所有部队食堂的采购和配送策略,所有企业可以通过该数据了解奶制品在不同部队食堂的配送行情,以平衡采购和配送奶制品数量。步骤1:通过配送管理系统软件采集本公司奶制品配送部队食堂的订单信息,将不同的配送订单以各食堂来划分归类,从而将各年度每个月配送至食堂的金额,从一月至十二月依次用y1,y2...y12表示,并汇总计算得到各个食堂当年的总配送金额y。步骤2:计算各食堂的月平均配送金额y̅=各个食堂当年的总配送金额y/12。步骤3:根据方差公式计算方差s2={(y1-y̅)2+(y2-y̅)2+(y3-y̅)2+…+(y12-y̅)2}/12,从而得到各个食堂的月配送金额的方差s2大小。步骤4:当方差s2小于0.03评价该食堂为超平稳型食堂。当方差s2大于等于0.03并且小于等于0.06评价该食堂为一般平稳型食堂。当方差s2大于0.06评价该食堂为波动型食堂。对于超平稳型食堂,所有企业无需时时关注该食堂的行情,可每月保持好奶制品的采购和配送数量;对于一般平稳型食堂,所有企业需每季度关注该食堂的行情,适当调整奶制品的采购和配送数量;而对于波动型食堂,所有企业需每月时时关注该食堂行情,了解该食堂的配送行情变化,以适应大幅度调整奶制品的采购和配送数量变化。

This dataset is compiled from orders for dairy product deliveries to the company's military mess halls, collected through the enterprise's delivery management system software. Delivery orders are categorized by each target canteen to calculate the monthly delivery amount data for every individual canteen. The variance of the 12-month delivery amounts is then computed, which acts as an evaluation metric for the delivery performance of each canteen, and supports the overall assessment of procurement and delivery strategies for all military mess halls. Enterprises can utilize this dataset to gain insights into dairy product delivery trends across various military canteens, so as to balance the quantities of dairy product procurement and delivery. Step 1: Collect order information for dairy product deliveries to the company's military mess halls via the delivery management system software. Categorize and group all delivery orders by each canteen. Denote the monthly delivery amounts from January to December of a given year for each canteen as y1, y2, …, y12 respectively, and calculate the total annual delivery amount y for each canteen. Step 2: Calculate the monthly average delivery amount y_bar = total annual delivery amount y of the canteen / 12. Step 3: Compute the variance s^2 using the standard variance formula: s^2 = [(y1 - y_bar)^2 + (y2 - y_bar)^2 + (y3 - y_bar)^2 + … + (y12 - y_bar)^2] / 12, thus obtaining the variance s^2 of the monthly delivery amounts for each canteen. Step 4: Canteens are classified into three categories based on their variance values: 1. Ultra-stable canteens: those with s^2 < 0.03; 2. Generally stable canteens: those with 0.03 ≤ s^2 ≤ 0.06; 3. Volatile canteens: those with s^2 > 0.06. For ultra-stable canteens, enterprises do not need to conduct real-time monitoring of their delivery trends, and can maintain consistent dairy product procurement and delivery volumes each month. For generally stable canteens, enterprises should monitor their trends every quarter and make appropriate adjustments to the quantity of dairy product procurement and delivery. For volatile canteens, enterprises need to closely track their delivery trends on a monthly basis, understand changes in their delivery demands, and make substantial adjustments to dairy product procurement and delivery volumes accordingly.
