Data and code for: Data integrity auditing of model-derived PM2.5 series and reanalysis-referenced evaluation of lagged dependence networks in Luzon, Philippines

Inputs, analysis code and derived results for every table and figure of the paper "Data integrity auditing of model-derived PM2.5 series and reanalysis-referenced evaluation of lagged dependence networks in Luzon, Philippines" (J. B. Bongalos and C. P. Monterola). The record contains: the balanced 2025 daily panel for 40 Luzon cities and the daily 2026 panel for the 20 distinct nodes (OpenWeatherMap Air Pollution API data via the Kaggle datasets Philippine Cities Air Quality Index Data 2025 v429 and 2026 v331); the integrity diagnostics and node definitions (ten cities whose provider query point lies 72-356 km from the named place; duplicate groups identical in 95-100% of 2026 hours); the ERA5 wind and boundary-layer extract; Copernicus CAMS PM2.5 at the nodes and stations; DENR-EMB daily station PM2.5 for 28 stations (released for research and publication under FOI request CO-2026-024602); the network discovery pipeline and all analysis scripts; and the derived results and figures. Everything is in one zip file. README.md inside it maps every table and figure to its script and result files, gives the run order and the attribution for each source. Version 1.1 changes only README.md, whose table and figure map now follows the numbering of the submitted paper (Tables 1–3, Supplementary Tables S1–S17). Data, code and results are identical to version 1.0.
