Effect of verapamil treatment on gene expression of osteoblast differentiated from mouse bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells

To investigate the changed genes after verapamil treatment, we extracted primary BMSCs from wild-type and then induced them to differentiate into osteoblasts with or without verapamil treatment for 7 days We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 6 different cells (3 pairs repeat) at the same time points. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for control osteoblasts and the verapamil treatment osteoblasts (3 pairs repeat).
