Real-time quantitative PCR analysis of human CD14+ monocytes during the confinement within the Eskiz experiment

Human CD14 positive monocytes were purified from healthy volunteers' blood qPCR gene expression profiling. Monocytes from six donors were extracted at four different timepoints during the confinement in a sealed chamber within the Eskiz experiment. Equal amount total RNA from each donor was pooled prior to gene expression analysis.
