These data are available as supplement to https://doi.org/10.1039/C3AY41160E (Fluorescence spectroscopy and multi-way techniques. PARAFAC). The dataset can be used in conjunction with the drEEM toolbox for MATLAB versions 0.1-0.6.6. Versions 0.5-0.6.6 of the toolbox ship with tutorial scripts that utilize these data. The last (now abandoned) version 0.6.6 can be downloaded here: https://gitlab.com/dreem/drEEM/-/archive/0.6.6/drEEM-0.6.6.zip Within this version, the file "drEEM_parafac_tutorial_portSurvey.m" describes the entire PARAFAC tutorial in a modified, but functionally equivalent way relative to the peer-reviewed article. For further information, please read the article, consult the .m file, and the README.txt within the dataset publication. Note that drEEM 0.1 - 0.6.6 have been replaced by drEEM version 2 (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17182160) This dataset contains absorbance scans, and fluorescence excitation-emission matrices (EEMs) of Dissolved Organic Matter (DOM) and constitutes a tutorial dataset for a tutorial paper.
