获取一天某段时间内入库的新闻信息(含摘要)

获取某天某一段时间内入库的新闻基本信息。输入新闻入库的日期、起止时间，获取该时间段内新入库的新闻相关信息，如：新闻ID、标题、摘要、初始来源、作者、发布来源、发布时间、新闻入库时间等。(注：1、自2014/1/1起新闻来源众多、新闻量日均4万左右，2013年及之前的网站来源少、新闻数据量少；2、数据实时更新。)

Obtain basic information of news stored into the database within a specified time period on a given day. Input the storage date and start/end times of the news, and retrieve the relevant information of newly stored news during this period, including: news ID, title, abstract, initial source, author, publishing source, publishing time, news storage time, etc.
Note: 1. Since January 1, 2014, there have been numerous news sources, with an average daily news volume of around 40,000; prior to 2013, there were fewer website sources and a smaller volume of news data. 2. The data is updated in real time.
