Analysis of Molecular Mechanism of Singapore grouper iridovirus (SGIV) Infection by single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq)

The spleen of grouper is the target organ of SGIV attack.We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the effect of SGIV infection on spleen cells of Epinephelus Lanceolatus. The changes of spleen of Epinephelus Lanceolatus before and after SGIV infection were detected by single cell RNA sequencing.
