Deposited here are the images of Drosophila embryo cuticles that accompany the paper "Endogenous transcripts direct microRNA degradation in Drosophila, and this targeted degradation is required for proper embryonic development" (Kingston et al., 2022). Details about image collection can be found in the methods section of the paper. There are two lines (denoted 20 and 25) for both the WT ('WT') and mutant ('mut') genotypes.
